Minimum order required – 10: To avoid a one off initial set up charge, a minimum order of 10 units is required (Subject to sight of artwork). Once your artwork is set up replacement or additional numbers can then be ordered with no minimum order quantity. If you require less than 10 units for your first order, don’t hesitate to contact us via support@catersigns.co.uk
Design and Artwork: Once you’ve placed your order, please email support@catersigns.co.uk with your design brief and any logos and QR codes required. We will send you over a proof for your approval. Lead time is usually 3-5 business days from proof approval. Vector artwork for logos and QR Codes must be supplied as EPS, AI or SVG file format and be in single colour only; to convert for use on our laser engraving machine. Please note: We cannot engrave in colour, tints of colours or gradients.
As laser engraving requires artwork to be set up in a specific way, once you have provided your logo and QR Code in vector format, let our in-house design team create a design for you.
